Privacy Across the
LuckeePlug Family
The LuckeePlug Family of apps and plug-ins is designed around local, device-based processing and user privacy.
LuckeePlug products do not collect, transmit, sell, rent, or share users' personal data. Unless explicitly stated otherwise for a future product or feature, processing takes place locally on the user's supported device.
This policy applies to LuckeePlugPERFORM and all current LuckeePlug-branded applications and plug-ins distributed by DJ Luckee Lefty.
Local Processing and Storage
LuckeePlug products may process audio, plug-in information, application settings, user-selected files, presets, performance data, and other information required for their respective functions. This processing occurs locally on the user's device.
For example, LuckeePlugPERFORM performs audio processing and stem separation locally on supported devices. User-selected audio is not uploaded to LuckeePlug, DJ Luckee Lefty, or an external cloud service for processing.
User-Selected Files
Some LuckeePlug products allow users to select audio, images, presets, plug-ins, or other files stored on their device or accessible through system file-selection tools. Access to these files is initiated by the user and is used only to provide the requested functionality.
LuckeePlug does not claim ownership of user-selected content.
No Personal Data Collection
LuckeePlug products do not require personal information to perform their core functions and do not collect personal data for analytics, advertising, tracking, profiling, or marketing.
No Sale or Sharing
LuckeePlug does not sell, rent, disclose, or share users' personal data with advertisers, data brokers, analytics providers, or other third parties.
No Tracking
LuckeePlug products do not track users across apps, websites, or services for advertising or profiling purposes.
Accounts and Cloud Services
Current LuckeePlug products covered by this policy do not require a LuckeePlug account or cloud-based processing for their core functionality.
Platform Permissions
LuckeePlug products may request access to device features or files when necessary for a specific function. Such access is used only to perform the feature requested by the user and is subject to the privacy and permission controls provided by the operating system.
Policy Scope
This Privacy Policy applies across supported LuckeePlug products on macOS, iPadOS, iOS, and other platforms on which LuckeePlug software may be officially released.
If a future LuckeePlug product introduces functionality that changes these privacy practices, this policy will be updated before or alongside that functionality.
